Refund Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received — unused, unworn, with all tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be approved before sending the product back.
Once approved, we will provide the return shipping address and instructions.
Items returned to us without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if:
* the item is defective
* the item is damaged
* you received the wrong item
We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
Custom or personalized items
Personal care items (beauty products)
Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
Items on sale or discounted products
Items without original packaging
Used or tampered items

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item first.
Once your return is approved and processed, you can place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
